Barcelona is a wonderful city! It sits by the Mediterranean and is surrounded by mountains and valleys filled with vineyards. It’s a lively city with a wonderful climate all year round that makes a great destination for a wedding! In an area of a 1-hour drive from the airport, there are many gorgeous venues to celebrate your wedding in Barcelona that suit different styles, from countryside old villas, vineyards and old castles where you can stay the week, to modern luxury houses and spaces with industrial vibes.
I’ve shot in most of the venues in the area. Some of the links will take you to the gallery of a wedding I have shot at that particular space, but I don’t post new weddings often, so most likely I’ve shot there but haven’t posted yet. If there’s any venue in particular that you want to see an example of, just get in touch. You might also want to take a look at the wedding galleries to get some inspiration and see a full wedding.
Updated 2025 – This post seems to have helped quite many couples find the venue they were looking for, something I’m stoked for! Many new Barcelona wedding venues are starting to celebrate weddings and private events, so I keep updating it when I find something unique or interesting. From the recent additions, the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion and the Corberó House have been a dream of mine for a long time, so if you’re thinking about having your wedding there, please reach out and let’s talk!
